Une fois la commande placée, nous allons vous contactez pour savoir exactement ce que vous voulez. Si vous laisser un numéro de téléphone, vous pouvez écrire dans les commentaires de la commande par quelle façon, vous voulez être contacté soit par téléphone ou message texte.

 If you choose the custom option, you can have the pendant of the color you want and the chain of the color of your choice as well. Custom orders usually take 1 week to create. Once you place your order, we will contact you to know exactly what you want. If you leave a phone number, you can write to us in the comments if you want to be reach by text or by call.

Livraison: Tout les paquets sont envoyé en livraison standard, mais elles sont également toujours GRATUITES😍. Nous envoyons les commandes normalement la même journée qu'elle est passé ou le lendemain matin, sauf pour les commandes custom.

Every package is sent by standard delivery but it's also always FREE 😍. The number of days of waiting for the package to arrive depends on how far you are from us. We also ship very quickly, usually we ship the same day you place the order if the mail is still open otherwise, we will do it in the morning😁, except for custom orders.

Point de vente: Si vous habitez à Montréal ou proche de Montréal et que vous avez trop hâte d'avoir votre commande. Au lieu de choisir l'option livraison, vous pouvez choisir ramasser en magasin. Puis, dès qu'on voit votre commande, nous allons vous contacter, pour prendre rendez-vous avec vous, pour venir chercher votre commande.

🪶Point of Sale: If you live in Montreal or close to it and you wish to have your order faster it's possible to pick it up in store. Instead of delivery, you would have to choose Point of Sale. Then we will see your order and we will contact you to set appointment for you to come pick it up.

Prévoir, un délai dans les livraisons à cause de la covid-19. Au canada/ Québec, il n'y a pas de délais pour le moment, mais ça peut changer d'un pays à l'autre et d'un moment à l'autre. Pour sauver le temps d'attente pour votre colis, il y a toujours l'option du point de vente, un(e) employé(e) va vous apporter la commande à la porte avec un masque.
